We create tailor-made solutions quickly and easily
Digitalisation may require the development of a tailor-made technical solution.
Nowadays, there are lots of apps and cloud services available for digitalisation. But sometimes, these standard systems don't support a company's unique business model or processes. This means that digitalisation is not complete and manual work is needed to deal with the missing parts.
A tailor-made solution can fill this gap. Low-code tools can be used to create a custom solution or to integrate apps.
We have our own expertise in Low-Code tools [1] which can be used to develop a solution. Low-Code tools are great for agile working methods, allowing for rapid development of effective solutions. This combination of tools and methods is what we call Low-Code development.
Advantages of agile working methods

Working according to an agile approach [2] has many advantages.
Some examples of benefits:
- Communication between client and developer takes place in dialogue form, which reduces the risk of misunderstandings.
- Developers can get questions answered quickly and stay focused.
- The client gets quick feedback and can correct, reducing the risk of developing the wrong things.
- Time is spent on producing working software, not on writing and interpreting programme specifications, which saves time and cost.
- The most important features are developed first and development can be stopped at short notice. This gives the customer cost control.

Low-Code tools are ideally suited to agile working methods, allowing for rapid development of effective solutions.

Low-Code development is our recommended delivery model

The combination of Low-Code tools and agile working methods is a model what we call Low-Code development.
We set up an agile team that works according to agile working methods and uses Low-Code tools. That will provide a fast pace of development with high quality.
We have a working model based on SCRUM [3] where we work in short iterations called sprints of one to two weeks. After each sprint, we typically deliver an increment of a working product.
At the end of each sprint, the customer can evaluate the delivered increment and prioritise the work for the next sprint.
After a number of increments have been delivered, there is a product that can be used and delivers value to stakeholders. If necessary, development can continue and more features can be added to the product. Or the customer can stop development and the product can enter a maintenance phase.

Consultancy Services around Low-Code tools
As an alternative to our Low-Code development model, we can provide consultancy services for development and integration with our Low-Code tools [1].
In addition, with our resource partners, we can provide consultancy services for other Low-Code tools.
Pricing and payment models
The Low-Code tools in which we have expertise [1] require licensing and/or service fees from external providers. These services often have an annual or monthly fee and a minimum commitment period of 12 months.
For the part of the service that we provide ourselves, we can offer different payment models:
Low-Code development
- Development at a fixed cost per sprint.
- Maintenance and support at a fixed price per user and month.
Consulting Services
- Hourly rate
If you have already purchased services and licences, we will try to match the quote and delivery to these.
Before we give you a quote, we will go through your requirements. We then determine what services, licences and packages are required from the vendors.
