Digital for Start-ups
We set up tools for digital collaboration for new businesses.
Digital for Start-ups
Starting a new business? Let us do the work of setting up digital collaboration tools and creating your digital presence online. Then you can focus on other things that may be more pressing.
The Digital for Start-ups service is divided into a number of parts. We have labelled these parts as boxes, each containing one or more services from our service areas.
Box one
Let's start with box one. This deals with your company's domain name on the internet.
Your company needs its own domain name on the Internet. It gives credibility and links different communication channels. It can be seen as a form of branding. It is important for the future that your company owns this domain name.
We will open an account with a web hosting provider and ensure that the chosen domain name is registered to your company as the owner.

Box two
Your company needs professional email, which means
- Everyone in the company has their own email address with the company domain name.
- Email should be accessible from different clients such as email apps, browsers, tablets and smartphones.
- Incoming e-mails should be scanned for dangerous attachments and links.
- Outgoing e-mails should not be caught by the recipient's spam filter.
We set up email using Microsoft Exchange online, a service that many people are already familiar with, so it is quick and easy to get started. MS Exchange has excellent web based email and also works with the leading email clients on the market (Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Samsung Email, Gmail etc).
We set up and check the email for DMARC [1] compliance to reduce the risk of your emails ending up in the recipient's spam folder. The Microsoft Defender add-on reduces the risk of incoming emails containing dangerous attachments and links.
Box three
Box three is about being visible in search.
Being included in search engine results is important. Most people in Sweden use Google, so we recommend that you focus on their search engine. We know from experience that it can take some time to get listed in Google's search results.
By creating a temporary website as soon as possible, the chances of the company appearing in Google's search results increase.
We'll create a temporary website using the domain name chosen in box one. After that, we can register the business with Google and start working on getting the website listed in Google search results. In box seven, we replace the temporary website with a permanent one. It will then appear more quickly in Google's search results.

Box four
Box four is about setting up additional tools for digital collaboration.
In box two, a professional email was set up. In box four, we are taking this further and creating the conditions for digital collaboration, both internally and externally.
Today, we expect to be able to collaborate digitally through
- Video and voice calls
- Digital meetings
- Chat
- Shared documents
- Digital whiteboards
- Shared screen
- Intranet with shared resources
- Storage locations for files
Microsoft Teams with extensions provides all this in one place, making it easy to collaborate digitally with others.
Box five
In box five, we focus on making it easier to book meetings with people outside the company.
With MS Bookings you can allow external users to book or rebook meetings themselves from a web page. MS Bookings integrates with MS Exchange and takes into account existing bookings in each user's calendar. It is also possible to define services in MS Bookings and who can perform the service. When making a booking, the external user sees all the times when those who can perform the service are available.
We set up MS Bookings for personal bookings and booking of services.

Box six
Box six is about telephony.
Today you are very accessible via a mobile phone. At the same time, many people want to be able to work undisturbed and be free in their leisure time. Another need is for the company to have a phone number for incoming calls that are not directed to a specific employee.
By adding external telephony to MS Teams, you can set up a telephone switchboard with menu options, call queues and voicemail boxes. For incoming calls, there is a phone number for the switchboard. The switchboard takes into account employees' availability, calendar bookings and the company's opening hours, so it only lets calls through when the employee is available. Staff can also transfer calls to another member of staff.
We work with you to develop menu selections and call queues. We discuss the appropriate phrases to use. If you wish, you can make audio recordings of the phrases. Once we have the flows, phrases and any audio recordings, we set up the switchboard.
Box seven
In box seven we build the company's permanent website.
Nowadays it is more or less taken for granted that a company will have its own website. This is where people go to find information about the company and its products, services, employees, owners, policies, etc. It is the website that ensures that the company is listed in search engines such as Google, Bing, etc. The website also conveys a feeling through its design, images, text, colours and fonts.
Because the website is so central, you need to spend a lot of time developing a good website. It is very much about good copy and good design.
We create a permanent website for the company to replace the temporary website we created in box three. We make sure the site is optimised for search engines.

Documentation and training
We provide training to get you up and running quickly. When we prepare the training, we create material that describes how to use the services. We also produce general technical documentation describing how the services are set up for you.
Pricing and payment models
The services included in the concept boxes are partly based on services from external providers. These services often have a monthly fee and a minimum commitment period of 12 months.
For the part of the service that we provide ourselves, we can offer different payment models:
- Monthly fee
- Fixed price plus support contract
If we are not able to deliver with our basic packages, we can develop with an agile team. Development is then done at a fixed cost per week.
If you have already purchased services and licences, we will try to match the quote and delivery to these.
Before we give you a quote, we go through the requirements in each box with you. We then determine which services, licences and packages are required from Microsoft and Loopia. We then prepare the quotation.
