Agile Courses
If your organisation's teams or managers need to learn more about the agile way of working, we have courses on offer.
In Scrum, teams are self-managing - team members manage each other
Self-managing teams are an important part of an agile approach. In a self-managing team there is no designated leader. Team members lead each other. Everyone in the team therefore needs to have a good knowledge of agile working practices.
To get the most out of an agile way of working, not only do the teams need to work in an agile way, but the organisation around them also needs to adapt its way of working. Leaders and support functions also need to be trained and coached in agile working.
Our courses are suitable for both team members and leaders

Existing teams that have been working agile for some time may also require training to enhance their proficiency. It is not uncommon for teams to believe they are working agile, yet in reality, they are only doing so to a certain extent.
Our courses are perfect for people who are just starting out on their journey to become more agile, as well as for those who want to learn more about agile transformation. They are also suitable for team members and leaders.
We run proven courses in agile working methods
These are tried and tested courses that we have run about 25 times. They are in-house courses and we charge per course. We can run them either online or on-site. The pricing is cost effective for groups of people who need training. With as few as two people, the cost is less than an open course offered by a large training company.
