Agile Coaching is our collective name for services where we provide guidance in agile working methods and participate as leaders in agile teams. The target group is the team, its members, its leaders and the surrounding organisation. For us, the Agile Manifesto defines the word agile.
We deliver Agile Coaching services primarily through consulting services. For some of our services, such as Agile Event Facilitation, we can offer packaged services.
Agile Leadership

In organisations with an agile approach, we can take on agile roles. In this role we work to maintain and improve the way people work, for example by coaching, mentoring, facilitating meetings and managing the product backlog.

Agile Transformation - Change Management


Agile transformation means moving from a non-agile, perhaps predictive, way of working to an agile way of working.
Changing the way people work is challenging. Agile transformation therefore requires traditional change management. With our background as change leaders and agile coaches, we can lead an agile transformation.
At the beginning of an agile transformation we do a lot of anchoring and training. As the maturity of the team or organisation increases, the role shifts to agile leadership. The leadership becomes more coaching and the leader acts as a mentor.
Agile Project Manager

An agile project manager is a project manager who leads a project using an agile approach. Depending on the environment and conditions of the project, the agile element may be more or less. At the start of the project, an approach is chosen for the project. This then influences the planning and implementation phases.
An agile project manager should have knowledge of both traditional project management and agile leadership, for example from the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master.

Agile Event Facilitator


Sometimes it can be good to have an external neutral party to run an important meeting. Or maybe it's the first time and it's hard to find someone to take on the responsibility.
We have experience in facilitating agile events such as
- Kick-off meetings before a transformation
- Large room planning
- Retrospectives
- Problem solving meetings
Facilitation is available as a package for half day or full day events.
