Digimake is a newly started tech company with a focus on digitalization. By digitalization we mean a digital transformation, a comprehensive business transformation, with the help of information technology. It is often about automating the business processes and making information available regardless of time and place. Examples of this are the introduction of new web- and app-based services and information systems.

We help both small and large companies work with their digitalization. Start-up companies can get help to get started with their digital presence and the digitalization. For smaller companies we can do a gap analysis to identify improvements areas for further digitalization. We can also complete the digitalization by implementing technical changes.

At the larger companies, we lead various initiatives in digitalization. Typical roles are SCRUM master, IT project manager or agile coach.

We advocate ways of working based on an agile philosophy because we believe it is the most effective way to digitize. The team is central to agile philosophy. In close collaboration with the stakeholders, such as end users and customers, the team develops solutions in short iterations, where each iteration ideally results in a useful product. Here we work with well-known frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe and XP and a coaching leadership.

In organizations with an agile way of working, we can assume agile roles. In the roles, we work to maintain and improve the way of working with, for example, coaching, mentoring, facilitating meetings and managing the product backlog.

We can also support an agile transformation, from predictive to agile way of working. A transformation involves a lot of change management. We can support in several ways: from initial analysis and setting of goals, perform training, coaching, and mentoring.

To complete a digitalization, we have competence in implementation of technical changes. If possible, we recommend the use standard systems or cloud services. Many needs can be solved by these but sometimes a tailor-made solution is needed. We believe that cost effective solutions for digitalization can be developed with low code tools in agile teams. If it is necessary, we can develop a tailored solution with low code. Then we focus on tools from Microsoft, Claris and Realmac.
